1.2. Aramex Door Delivery: Flat rate of R150.
1.3. PostNet to PostNet: Flat rate of R150.
1.4. The Courier Guy Door Delivery: Flat rate of R110.
1.5. Local Pickup: Free of charge. Pickup available at:
    Shop 13 Victoria, 218 Langalibalele Street, Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.

2. Delivery Times

2.1. Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment has cleared.
2.2. Delivery times vary depending on your chosen method and location:
    • PEP PAXI: 7-10 business days.
    • Aramex/PostNet/The Courier Guy: 2-5 business days.

3. Tracking Your Order

3.1. Tracking numbers will be provided for courier services once your order has been shipped.

4.1. We currently deliver only within South Africa.

5. Missing or Damaged Items
